About Me
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science & Criminal Justice at Southern Utah University. I study comparative institutions and political behavior.
My research involves the study of political compromise in a comparative context, and how voters react to the interaction between their preferred political parties and government.
This work often focuses on authoritarian, populist, and far-right party supporters and how their image of the party changes as it engages with democratic institutions.
I also have an interest in open science, research transparency, and data reproducibility.
